Our Guarantee
At danetti we adhere to the Furniture and Home Improvement Ombudsman’s code of practice.
You can place your order with us safe in the knowledge that we have a Total Satisfaction Guarantee should you need to call on it. Most problems are resolved by our 30 Day Guarantee. However, we’re in it for the long haul so we also have a One Year Structural Guarantee on all products.
30 Day Guarantee
What this means...
The 30 day Guarantee covers you whether you have just changed your mind, for any reason, or there is a fault with the product.
All we ask is that items are unused and in the original packaging. For this reason we recommend that you don’t assemble your products until you are sure you are going to keep them.
This excludes products that are covered by our free assembly promotion.
1 Year Structural Warranty
Our promise to you...
If you find that there is a structural fault with your product, which may only become apparent after use, we will replace the product or part for free up to one year after purchase.
The structural guarantee does not cover general wear and tear.
Free Returns
Peace of mind...
Whatever the reason for the return, we will collect the items free of charge at your convenience.
If a problem occurs after assembly we will still collect the goods for free, covered by our One year Structural Guarantee.
Replacements
If your goods arrive and in situ you realise that you’d like a different colour, or size, or even product, it’s not a problem.
We will collect the order for free and as long as the replacement goods are in stock, we will deliver the new order at the same time.
Cancellations
If you change your mind about your order prior to delivery, you can cancel your order at any time and be issued a full refund.
Refunds
All refunds are issued in full, including delivery charges upon receipt of the goods in our warehouse.

Our Free Swatching service means that you don’t need to worry about choosing the right colour. You can see the colours in your home, make your own mood boards and make sure that you get it right.
